Grown at high altitudes of 1,400-1,900 meters, these SHB (Strictly Hard Bean), EP (European Preparation) grade beans showcase a balanced profile with a bright acidity and medium body. Expect delicious tasting notes of brown spice, brown sugar, and hints of stone fruit for a rich, satisfying cup. This coffee is crafted from Catuai and Caturra varieties, using a washed and sun-dried process to bring out its natural sweetness and complexity.
